My training happens in a live, fully equipped studio, which means you get direct access to Balanced Body Allegro Reformers, Cadillacs, and Wunda Chairs. You will practice your tactile cueing and alignment corrections on the same floor where I train my clients, ensuring you graduate with real-world confidence. ### Learn in a Real Environment Teaching Pilates requires more than just knowing exercises. You need to understand how bodies move under load, how to manage space, and how to adjust your cues when someone is struggling with a movement. By training in our flagship Bandra studio, you are immersed in a professional workflow. ### Access to Global Equipment We use professional-grade apparatus because that is what you will be teaching on in the real world. During your certification, you will work with: * **Balanced Body Allegro Reformers:** Master spring-loaded resistance and fluid movement. * **Trapeze Tables (Cadillacs):** Learn rehabilitation and advanced stabilization techniques. * **Wunda and EXO Chairs:** Develop core strength and balance training methods. * **Barrels and Spine Correctors:** Understand spinal health and flexibility mechanics. ### Beyond the Mat My studio is designed to be a learning lab. You will see how we handle client intake, how we maintain equipment safety standards, and how we manage group flows. You will assist, lead, and observe real sessions. This hands-on experience is non-negotiable if you want to be a serious instructor. When you leave my training, you won't just be certified; you will be ready to walk into any premium studio and start teaching on day one. ## About Yasmin Karachiwala Hey, I'm Yasmin.
