If you know me, you know I live and breathe Pilates. I started out just wanting people to feel good in their bodies, and that’s still my thing. Worked with Bollywood folks, sure, but also with people just like you—ankle injuries, vertigo, pregnancy fears, you name it. I love watching someone walk in nervous and leave feeling like a rockstar.
