My sessions are slow and relaxed because the best moments happen when you forget I am even there. I guide you through gentle, natural movements, like soft touches or slow walks, so you feel comfortable and connected to your partner, rather than stiffly posed. I believe that the most beautiful photos are the ones where you are simply being yourself. My maternity photography process is built around reducing any pressure you might feel about being in front of the camera. Whether we are in my Powai studio or out by the beach, I am there to guide you. ### My Approach to Posing When we shoot, I focus on 'guided movement' rather than static poses. Instead of asking you to hold a rigid position, I might ask you to look at your partner, trace your bump, or walk slowly through the light. This helps capture genuine smiles and intimate connection. These techniques work just as well for solo portraits as they do for couple sessions or family shoots with older siblings. ### What Happens Behind the Scenes - **Studio Comfort:** My Powai studio is designed to be a private, cozy sanctuary. We control the environment, the lighting, and the pace. - **Outfit Assistance:** I help you with styling, from draped fabrics to classic gowns. You do not need to know how to pose; I will show you exactly how to stand to flatter your bump and highlight that pregnancy glow. - **Outdoor Sessions:** For beach or garden shoots, we work with the natural sunset light. I handle the logistics, and we focus on capturing the breeze, the scenery, and your natural interaction with the space. ### Preparing for Your Session Many mums worry about 'what to do with their hands' or 'where to look'. This is completely normal. I provide cues throughout the entire session so you never have to guess. We take plenty of breaks, especially if we are doing a longer hybrid session.
