### 45-Day Advanced Performance Camp (Non-Residential)

A 6-week intensive talent-hunt program with 2 Indonesian coaches, unlimited feather shuttle drills, and a selection trial for a ₹2L scholarship contract.

#### Coaching & Intensity
*   **Schedule:** April 15 to May 30. Double sessions daily (Morning & Evening) totaling 25-30 hours of court time per week.
*   **Expert Faculty:** Led by Chief Coach Jagdish Yadav and **2 Senior Indonesian Coaches**. Cohort capped at 15 players for a strict 1:5 coach-to-student ratio.
*   **Drill Specifics:** High-volume multi-shuttle feeding to build muscle memory, plus tactical sparring with state-level academy players.

#### Sports Science & Facility
*   **Physio Support:** On-site screening and injury management via "All Is Well" partnership.
*   **Conditioning:** Dedicated off-court S&C (agility ladders, plyometrics, weights) and mental conditioning sessions.
*   **Infrastructure:** 6 BWF-standard synthetic courts. Note: Industrial facility with ventilation fans (Non-AC).

### 45-Day Residential Pro Camp (All Inclusive)

The complete immersion package for out-of-station athletes, adding managed hostel accommodation and a nutritionist-curated high-protein diet to the training regimen.

*   **Includes Full Camp Access:** Contains every feature of the Non-Residential plan (Indonesian coaches, 30hrs/week training, unlimited shuttles).

I run this camp for players who are dead serious about badminton. If you just want to have fun and knock shuttles around, this isn’t your place. Here, we push you hard, and you’ll walk out a different player if you last.

- Advanced players only - if you already compete and want more
- You need to be super committed - lazy log, please mat aao (don’t come if you’re lazy)
- Only 15 spots, so you get proper attention

### What Training Looks Like

For 1.5 months, you’ll get:

- Nonstop on-court grind - multi-shuttle drills, high-pressure match simulation badminton, and “golden point” situations
- Coaches shouting tips, mixing in Hindi like, “Pair peeche, maaro!” (move your leg back, hit!)
- Advanced footwork badminton training - footwork, lunges, shadow drills
- Agility, speed, and strength workouts, with sports science guidance
- Nutrition and injury prevention advice

### My story

I’m Jagdish Yadav, Chief Coach at YPBA. Here, it’s not just about smashing shuttles. We’re the #YPBAFamily, cheering and sometimes yelling from the sidelines. Watching kids become state champs and still ace their board exams? That’s the real win. We’re big on ‘balanced discipline’ – medals matter, but so does growing up right. We’re not perfect, but we’re proud to help shape futures, not just players.
