Our philosophy focuses on 'Mehnat kar paseena baha'—work hard and sweat it out—because we believe that consistency and discipline on the court translate directly to success in real life. We started Xtreme Tennis Academy in 2002 with one goal: to create champions who understand the value of hard work. Tennis is more than just hitting a ball; it is a sport of mental toughness and physical endurance. Our training regimen is strict but balanced. We combine high-intensity physical conditioning—using cones, resistance bands, and interval sprints—with technical stroke production. When you train with us, you are not just a player; you are an athlete. We believe that a fit body leads to a sharp mind. That is why our sessions in Dwarka cover everything from serve mechanics to tactical match simulation. We emphasize consistency. You will be expected to rally targets of 20 to 30 balls without error before you leave the court. We also know that you have a life outside of tennis. We have seen our students excel academically—scoring 88% in boards—while simultaneously winning tournaments at the DLTA, DDA, and national levels. Our coaching style blends strict discipline with a supportive family environment.
