I do not believe in generic cardboard; whether it is a reusable wicker trunk, a leatherette suitcase, or a velvet-lined box, the unboxing experience is designed to last long after the last brownie is finished. When I started Xtraordinary in my Lajpat Nagar kitchen, the goal was simple: make brownies that actually taste like chocolate, not just sugar. That focus has not changed. Whether I am baking a single birthday cake or fulfilling a corporate order for 30,000 brownies, the standard remains identical. You will not find preservatives here. What you will find are techniques I picked up at Le Cordon Bleu—like how to get that perfect crust on a fudgy brownie or how to balance the richness of a Tres Leches cake with just enough moisture. I handle everything from intimate wedding favors to bulk festive gifting across Delhi NCR. If you are planning an event, we talk about the logistics first. If you need 500 hampers delivered to different office addresses, we coordinate that. If you want a specific theme for a bridal shower, we sketch the packaging options. Baking is only half the job; the rest is making sure your order arrives fresh, styled, and on time. ## About Xtraordinary I am Anchal. I trained at Le Cordon Bleu, but my real classroom was my own kitchen floor. I care just as much about the crispness of a cookie as I do about the leatherette trunk it is delivered in.
