Today, my team and I handle everything from intimate birthday cakes to massive corporate orders of 30,000 brownies, but the home-baked promise remains exactly the same. We bake without shortcuts or preservatives, keeping that 'yummy' feeling in every single box. ### My Journey: From Kitchen Counter to Bakery It all started when I was 23. I had no staff, flour everywhere, and a serious learning curve. Studying at Le Cordon Bleu gave me the technical foundation, but the real magic happens right here in our Lajpat Nagar kitchen. I believe if I wouldn't serve it to my own family, it doesn't leave the shop. ### Why We Do Things Differently * **No Preservatives, Ever:** You will find real ingredients, not shelf-stable substitutes. Whether it is our signature tea cakes or our fudge brownies, the quality is what matters. * **Built for Scale:** Yes, we have fulfilled orders of 30,000 brownies for corporate clients, but we apply that same attention to detail whether we are making one custom birthday cake or a thousand wedding favors. * **The 'Creative Corner':** This is where imagination meets craftsmanship. We spend hours testing recipes, from Thai Curry Nuts to our popular Tres Leches, ensuring every bite feels special. Whether you are looking for gourmet gift hampers for a festival, corporate gifting solutions, or just a really good dessert, you are getting a piece of my story. We are not just a bakery in Delhi NCR; we are a team of passionate creators making sure your celebrations are a little bit sweeter. ## About Xtraordinary I’m Anchal, and I still get excited about every batch that leaves our kitchen. Whether it’s a tiny brownie box or a massive wedding order, I make sure it’s exactly what I’d serve at my own table.
