I always suggest a dense sponge—like my signature mud or butter cake—for tiered designs because it holds up those adorable fondant figurines without collapsing. If you have a theme in mind, even a weird one, tell me. I love figuring out the structure to make it work, whether it is a teddy bear hot air balloon or a delicate butterfly garden. Planning a first birthday or baby shower in Delhi? I treat every celebration like my own. Whether you need a show-stopping, multi-tiered cake for a guest list of 50 or a cozy smash cake for your baby’s first photoshoot, I build it to last. ### Why My Cakes Work for Little Ones - **Stability First:** For intricate themes like superheroes or animals, I use internal non-edible dowels and sharp-edge ganache techniques. Your cake will survive the party table without leaning or melting. - **Custom Figurines:** I don't use generic toppers. I hand-sculpt fondant figures—from little bunnies to classic cartoon characters—to match your specific theme. - **Dietary Needs:** Most family events have guests with varying needs. I offer eggless sponges across all my cake designs, so no one misses out on the fun. ### The Process I prefer to start with a chat about your vision. If you have an invitation card or a specific color palette, send it over. We can sketch out the design together. Since I trained at Le Cordon Bleu, I take my technique seriously, but I keep the vibe fun. If you want something specific like LED lights, fresh flowers, or a mix of flavors between tiers, just ask. I deliver fresh across Delhi NCR, so your cake arrives exactly as planned. ## About Xtraordinary I'm Anchal. I trained at Le Cordon Bleu, but my best lessons came from baking thousands of cakes in my own kitchen. I believe a baby’s milestone needs a cake that’s safe, delicious, and honestly, just fun to look at. Let’s build something that fits your party theme perfectly.
