In our Elite Kumite program, we focus heavily on WKF tactical drills and 3-minute HIIT circuits, because cardio is usually where fights are lost. If you are serious about stepping onto that podium, be ready for 90-minute sessions that push your endurance to the absolute limit. It is about more than just punches and kicks; it is about having the will to win every single round. ### How We Build Champions At XMA Academy, my goal is not to fill up a class, but to build athletes who can compete at the highest level. We operate on a 'System' that prioritizes consistency over short-term intensity. If you are looking to train, you need to understand that this is a rigorous, disciplined environment. #### The Competitive Edge * **WKF Standards:** We train specifically according to World Karate Federation rules. This means every sparring session is about point-scoring strategy and control, not just throwing random techniques. * **Conditioning:** You cannot win a state-level bout if you lose your breath in the second minute. We integrate CrossFit-style HIIT and advanced yoga to ensure your flexibility and stamina are as sharp as your reflexes. * **Technical Rigor:** Whether it is Shito-ryu basics or advanced takedown mechanics, we focus on the foundation. A champion is only as good as their stance. #### Who Is This For? Our doors are open to juniors, seniors, and U-21 athletes who want to move beyond recreational training. We have a dedicated team in Preet Manch, Sector 40, Noida, where the focus is entirely on championship prep. We do not promise medals; we teach you the discipline required to earn them. If you are ready to stop showing up and start winning, reach out and let’s get to work. ## About Xtreme Martial Arts Academy I am Guru Ajay Sharma, and I don’t run a typical hobby class. My academy is for those who want to crush their goals, whether it is winning a district gold or mastering the discipline of Shito-ryu. If you have the fire to win, you have a place in my team.
