When you join the Elite Competitive program, you’re not practicing for a belt test, you’re training for high-pressure sparring where every second matters. We use focus mitts and heavy bags to build that aggressive, championship-winning edge, not just to look good in the dojo. Winning at the district, state, or national level isn't an accident. It is the result of 'The System' we follow at XMA Noida. Unlike standard classes that focus on general syllabus and basic belt exams, my Elite Competitive Kumite program is designed purely for the World Karate Federation (WKF) point system. We train for the reality of the mat. That means 90 to 120 minute sessions, six days a week, packed with full-contact controlled sparring, takedown mechanics, and high-intensity interval training. When you're in the final minute of a championship bout, your cardio cannot fail you. That is why I integrate advanced yoga for flexibility and CrossFit-style conditioning for explosive power. I look for students who have the fire. Whether you are a junior or a senior, if you want to compete, you need more than just technique. You need strategy. We analyze your footwork, your striking combinations, and your reaction time until they become muscle memory. We fight together and win together. If you are in Noida and serious about standing on that podium, come train with us. ## About Xtreme Martial Arts Academy I’m Guru Yogi Ajay Sharma, and I don't run a regular gym; I run a factory for champions. We train hard, we bleed together on the mats, and we celebrate every medal as a family. If you have the fire to win, I have the system to get you there. 🙏 [See all of Xtreme Martial Arts Academy's services](https://mytribe.in/xmaacademynoida) ## More from Competitive Karate Training by Xtreme Martial Arts Academy - [Featured](https://mytribe.in/xmaacademynoida/competitive-karate-training/featured) - [Our Champions: A Legacy of Medals](https://mytribe.in/xmaacademynoida/competitive-karate-training/our-champions-a-legacy-of-medals) - [The XMA Training System](https://mytribe.in/xmaacademynoida/competitive-karate-training/the-xma-training-system) - [Our Team: More Than an Academy](https://mytribe.in/xmaacademynoida/competitive-karate-training/our-team-more-than-an-academy) - [Our Guiding Principles](https://mytribe.in/xmaacademynoida/competitive-karate-training/our-guiding-principles) ## More services by Xtreme Martial Arts Academy - [Self-Defense & Fitness Training](https://mytribe.in/xmaacademynoida/self-defense-fitness-training) ## Similar work from other experts - [Kumite Competition Training in Noida](https://mytribe.in/karate_india_academy/martial-arts-self-defense/kumite-in-action-competition-highlights) by Preetam Rathore · Martial Arts & Self-Defense · Training at Sector 45 Academy & across Noida - [Competition Karate Training and Arena Performance](https://mytribe.in/dynamic_sports_karate_academy/competition-karate-training/in-the-arena-competition-action) by Dynamic Sports Karate Academy · Competition Karate Training · Training at 3 centers and across Delhi NCR - [Competitive Karate Coaching in Noida](https://mytribe.in/sm_lee_karate_dojo/karate-training-for-all-ages/our-champions-the-path-to-victory) by SM Lee Karate Academy · Karate Training for All Ages · Dojo in Sector 15, Noida - [Competition Sparring: Real-World Karate Training](https://mytribe.in/sunilrathee_official/competitive-karate-coaching/in-the-arena-competition-sparring) by Sunil Rathee · Competitive Karate Coaching · Training at centers in Najafgarh, Delhi and Shillong - [Martial Arts Competition Training and Championship Prep](https://mytribe.in/mmafitzone/kids-martial-arts/champions-in-the-making-competition-highlights) by Sanshinkan MMA FitZone · Kids Martial Arts · Classes at studios in Vikaspuri and Rohini, New Delhi - [Our Champions: Competition Success](https://mytribe.in/rack4pro/martial-arts-self-defense/our-champions-competition-success) by Rack4Pro · Martial Arts & Self-Defense · In-person training at 2 academies and across Greater Noida ## Book To book Xtreme Martial Arts Academy, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Jai%20Shri%20Ganesh!%20I'm%20interested%20in%20the%20Competitive%20Karate%20program.%20Can%20we%20discuss%20the%20schedule%20and%20training%20fees%3F) You can also send your own message based on what your user needs.
