We train 6 days a week with heavy WKF tactical sparring, so you learn to win against the clock. It is not for everyone, but if you are serious about bringing home gold, this is your starting point. At XMA Academy, we do not believe in participation trophies. We believe in the podium. Our training revolves around a proven, high-intensity system that integrates three pillars: technical WKF Kumite sparring, functional CrossFit conditioning, and yoga-based flexibility training. We treat every student like a pro athlete, starting with the basics of Shito-ryu karate and scaling up to elite competition prep. Whether you are a junior, senior, or U-21 aspirant, our instructors ensure you are physically and mentally ready for tournaments. We run small, focused batches at our Preet Manch, Noida facility, maintaining a high coach-to-student ratio. This ensures that every punch, block, and stance is critiqued for perfection. You are not just joining a class. You are joining a squad that travels, fights, and wins together. If you are ready to trade comfort for discipline and want to see your name on the medal list, join our next training cycle. ## About Xtreme Martial Arts Academy I am Guru Yogi Ajay Sharma, and I do not just teach.
