They come to the dojo and see the sweat, the real technique, and the focus on safety. That is the XFF difference—we do not just teach martial arts, we teach a skill that stays with you. Media recognition is just a byproduct of doing honest work. Whether it is being named Best MMA Coach by the Times of India or conducting self-defense workshops for pageant contestants, my goal remains the same: to empower people. At XFF, we do not believe in show-off fitness. When I teach women's self-defense, we cover vital points—eyes, nose, groin—and we practice real scenario drills. We talk about elevator safety and dealing with attackers from behind. It is not pretty, but it works. Whether you are looking at my awards from pageant show collaborations or my MMA championship history, remember this: the training does not change. We keep it simple. We keep it practical. From my dojo in Khar to workshops across Mumbai, I train you to be your own protector. If you are ready to stop looking for shortcuts and start training for real, let's talk. ## About Shafiq Shaikh I am Shafiq Shaikh, CEO of XFF.
