When you train with me, you are not learning theoretical moves, but practical skills that I have tested in professional rings and taught to hundreds of students across my Mumbai dojos. Whether you want to compete or just get fit, the core principles remain the same. My journey in martial arts started long before the awards. From my professional fighting days, including the 2004 Abu Dhabi Kickboxing championship, to being recognized as 'Best MMA Coach' in 2023, every step has been a lesson. I do not teach from textbooks. I teach from experience. ### Why My Experience Matters To You When you see these photos, do not just look at the trophies. Look at the foundation of my training. * **Practicality:** I have stood in the ring against tough opponents. This means when I teach you a self-defense move, it is because I know it works under pressure. * **Adaptability:** Whether you are a beginner or looking for advanced MMA training, I know how to break down complex movements into simple, actionable drills. My classes at XFF are designed to build your 'dum' (strength) regardless of your starting point. * **Discipline:** The trophies are just a byproduct of years of consistency. I bring that same level of commitment to every personal training session and group class I conduct in Mumbai. Health is the biggest blessing you have. My goal is to make you strong enough to protect that health and yourself.
