We specialize in floor-to-ceiling storage that maximizes that vertical space, but we prioritize the hardware inside. I use Hettich or Blum soft-close hinges and drawer channels because, in a daily-use bedroom, cheap hardware is the first thing that breaks. When we design your storage, we plan for what you actually own—long coats, bulky winter wear, or deep shelves for suitcases—so you aren't struggling to organize your clothes six months later. ### Designing for Mumbai's Floor Plans I understand that a bedroom in Mumbai isn't just a place to sleep; it is your home office, your dressing area, and your storage hub. My approach starts with a 3D preview so you can see how the room flow works before we buy a single sheet of plywood. ### Wardrobes That Last We don't just put up laminates and call it a wardrobe. We build for longevity. * **Material:** We use 18mm BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood. It handles our monsoon humidity without swelling. * **Finish:** From fluted panels and rattan inserts to high-gloss acrylic, we match the finish to your home's vibe. * **Internal Logic:** Whether you need a specific section for heavy winter quilts or a tie-out rack for daily wear, the internal layout is determined by your routine, not a standard template. ### Space-Saving Study Nooks If you work from home, you don't need a clunky desk that eats up your floor space. My study nooks are designed to disappear when not in use. I often install floating desks or fold-down mechanisms that keep the room open for movement while providing a sturdy surface when it is time to work. We integrate the electrical points directly into the paneling, so you don't have wires running across your floor. ### My Quality Promise I personally oversee the site. Whether it is the sensor lighting inside your wardrobe doors or the cushioning on your custom headboard, I make sure the finishing touches are executed with the same attention as the structural work. We don't believe in last-minute fixes; we believe in doing it right the first time. ## About Xena Design I'm Anil Pawar.
