Observe the placement of profile lighting, the storage hidden behind fluted panels, and how we utilize small balconies or corners. We believe that a home shouldn't just be pretty; it needs to work for your daily life. That is why we emphasize the planning phase, using 3D renders so you know exactly what you are getting before we ever pick up a tool. In Mumbai and Thane, we know space is a premium. Whether it is a compact balcony nook or a full-home renovation, my approach remains the same: we don't believe in last-minute jugaad (hasty fixes). Everything you see in this gallery—from the mandir units to the space-saving wardrobes—is a result of detailed planning. ### Why Detailed Planning Matters Most designers give their opinion and that is final. Here, we start by asking, 'Tumhala kay pahije?' (What do you want?). We combine your requirements with trusted materials like Century Ply and Hafele hardware to ensure the finish is not just aesthetic, but durable. ### What You Can Expect - **Functionality First:** We integrate modern storage solutions, like pull-out racks and internal LED sensors, so your space stays organized effortlessly. - **Quality Craftsmanship:** We use machine-pressed edge banding and high-quality laminates to ensure your furniture survives the Mumbai humidity. - **Visualizing Your Home:** You never have to guess the final result. Our 3D planning process allows you to see the layout, lighting, and materials before we start the build, removing all the stress from the renovation process. Browse through these inspirations, and if you see a concept you like, we can adapt it to fit your home's unique dimensions. ## About Xena Design I’m Anil Pawar, and for me, interior design is about aesthetics, functionality, and, most importantly, your peace of mind.
