When we work on your site, we share 3D visualizations before breaking ground. This means you approve the layout, electrical wire placement, and furniture dimensions upfront, ensuring there is no ambiguity on the day of installation. Renovation in Mumbai and Thane apartments often suffers from a gap between the drawing board and the execution team. My process is designed to eliminate that gap through three key phases: 1. Needs Analysis: I ask simple questions first. Tumhala kay pahije (What do you want)? We map your daily workflow to understand how you actually use your space. 2. 3D Visualization: We finalize the look, functionality, and specific dimensions before a single piece of plywood is cut. This prevents wasted materials and ensures the fit is perfect. 3. Active On-Site Supervision: My team and I are physically present during critical stages, including electrical wiring, false ceiling installation, and furniture assembly. Why this matters for your project: It saves you from structural errors. We use high-quality materials like Century or Green Ply and branded hardware from Hafele or Blum. By managing the workshop fabrication and on-site fitting personally, we ensure the furniture fits your specific room, even in tight urban layouts. You are not just getting a design; you are getting a project that is built to last. We focus on the details that make a home functional and durable, not just visually appealing. ## About Xena Design I am Anil Pawar. I do not just hand over drawings and leave.
