We train in a raw, industrial-style shed because fighting is supposed to be gritty. It gets hot, you will sweat, and that is exactly how we build the endurance you need to perform when it counts in the ring. Welcome to the X9 hood. When you step into our training facility in Mira Road, you aren't walking into a commercial fitness center. You are walking into a space designed for combat. We built this arena to feel like a real fight club because that is the mindset we want you to carry. At the center of the floor stands a full-size boxing ring and an MMA cage. These aren't for display. This is where you spar, test your technique, and get comfortable with the pressure of a real fight. Around the mats, you will find a line of heavy bags that have taken thousands of strikes, along with our conditioning corner. We use battle ropes, tyres, and functional fitness tools to push your limits beyond standard lifting. Because we operate in a semi-open industrial shed, the temperature rises as the intensity does. We keep it that way on purpose. You need to learn how to keep your composure, manage your breath, and stay focused when you are tired and hot. That is the kind of conditioning that separates a casual gym-goer from a true fighter. Whether you are coming in for Muay Thai, BJJ, or Boxing, you are using the same space our competition fighters use. No special treatment, just shared sweat and a community that expects you to rise every time you fall. ## About Xtrem9 We are the X9 coaches, and we don't just teach moves—we build fighters.
