At our Noida facility, you aren't just bowling at nets, you are training under the supervision of selectors like Munaf Patel. When our academy sends players for Delhi Capitals trials, it is because they have spent months fixing the technical basics—not just swinging the bat—that scouts actually look for during the selection process. ### Why Talent Needs Guidance A lot of academies focus on heavy hitting and T20 flair. We don't. Real professional cricket—the kind that gets you into domestic or franchise squads—is played over 40 or 50 overs, and in long-format matches. Our mentorship program is designed to bridge the gap between being a 'good club player' and a genuine professional prospect. ### What Professional Mentorship Includes * **Technical Audit:** We don't just watch you play. We analyze your run-up, your body position, and your decision-making under pressure. If your technique is flawed, a scout will spot it in three balls. We fix it before you get there. * **Real-World Exposure:** Mentorship means knowing where to be. Our players have made it to the Delhi Capitals nets because they learned how to bowl with a plan, not just with raw speed. * **Match-Day Temperament:** We hold weekly competitive matches at Newlands Cricket Ground. This teaches you how to handle middle-overs, partnership building, and the game-sense required to thrive in longer formats. ### Selection Truth Selection isn't a miracle; it's a grind. We host trials and provide platforms because we know you need a stage to prove your worth. If you are serious about taking your game to the next level, you need to stop chasing highlights and start building a professional career foundation. ## About World XI Cricket Academy Cricket is my life, and this academy is where we build the future, not just hobbyists.
