Here is how we train the next generation of professionals at our Noida ground. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Listen to my advice on professional cricket. Forget chasing T20 glamour. If you want a real career, you need to play 40-over, 50-over, and days matches to truly learn the game.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/fe32069e-a094-485a-80d0-77b371427395) - ![A typical on-field briefing with our players. That does not win matches. We force you to slow down, fix your stance, perfect your bowling run-up, and learn the patience required for 40-over and 50-over matches. You are here to build a game, not just a highlight reel. We believe cricket is a mind game that starts with your feet. When you train with us, you are not here to look good in the nets. You are here to learn how to read a batsman, how to use variations, and how to hold your nerves in a long-format match. Our coaching is built on three pillars: * Technical Rigor: We use frame-by-frame video analysis to fix your bowling action or batting stance. If your body position is wrong, the shot will never be clean. * Long Format Focus: T20 is a distraction for those still building their foundation. You need the patience of a 50-over game to truly master your technique. We make you play matches where every ball counts. * Exposure: We connect you with people who matter. From Munaf Patel's bowling sessions to Delhi Capitals net trials, we give you a platform to be seen by real selectors. We provide turf wickets, a full-sized ground in Noida, and a professional hostel for those traveling from outside. Stop looking for shortcuts and start working on the fundamentals. ## About World XI Cricket Academy We are not a club for hobbyists. We are an academy for players who want to reach the professional level and understand that true skill comes from long-format discipline, not T20 highlight reels.
