To get noticed by selectors, you need to build innings, fix your body position, and master the 40-over format. Our academy provides exactly that: professional turf wickets in Noida and direct assessment by BCCI-certified coaches who actually know what a pro-level player looks like. ### Beyond the T20 Craze We built this academy to fix a massive problem in modern cricket coaching. Most youngsters today are obsessed with T20, but that is a mistake if you want a long career. You cannot learn patience, technique, or how to build an innings in a 4-over blast. We push our students to play 40-over and multi-day matches. That is where you learn to read a bowler, manage your energy, and understand the game. ### What Training Looks Like Here When you join our sessions at our Noida facility, you aren't just hitting balls. We work on the boring stuff that wins matches: your run-up consistency, your bowling action, and your defensive technique. We use video analysis to break down your game frame-by-frame. If your elbow is dropping or your stance is off, we fix it before it becomes a bad habit. ### Real Exposure, No Shortcuts We don't sell dreams. We provide pathways. Our selectors, including Munaf Patel, are here to spot real talent, not to pass everyone. If you have the spark, we provide the platform—like our association with Delhi Capitals net sessions—to get you in front of the people who matter. **What you get with us:** - **Turf Wickets:** No plastic mats. Real ground conditions to prepare you for state and league-level cricket. - **Technical Drills:** Daily focus on specific corrections, not just general net practice. - **Mentorship:** Coaches who have seen the pressure of international cricket and know how to prepare you mentally for the challenge. If you are ready to put in the hard work and train like a pro, get in touch. ## About World XI Cricket Academy Cricket is my life, and this academy is my family.
