From day one, we use video analysis to fix your biomechanical faults—like a wrong head position or poor release point—before they become bad habits. You won't be standing in a line waiting for your turn; you'll be on turf wickets and our full-sized ground, learning how to read the game during real match scenarios, not just nets. ### Training with a Purpose At World XI, cricket is a serious business. Our junior and women’s programs are built to take you from a casual player to a competitive athlete. We strip away the unnecessary noise and focus on the fundamentals that actually win matches. ### How We Train * **Technique First:** We use high-speed cameras to break down your action. If your backlift is skewed or your run-up isn't generating speed, we fix it frame-by-frame. No guesswork. * **Match Simulation:** You cannot learn cricket in a cage. We host weekly matches on our turf wickets so you learn to build an innings under pressure. This is where you learn to handle a bad ball or set up a tough batsman. * **Physical Conditioning:** Fielding isn't an afterthought. We run intense drills—diving, sprinting, and agility work—because a good cricketer needs to be an athlete first. ### Why Join Us? If you are looking for a place where a coach will tell you exactly what you are doing wrong, you are in the right spot. We provide access to professional pathways, including YCCL trials and net bowling opportunities, for those who put in the work. Whether you are a junior just starting or a woman looking for serious coaching in Noida, come with the mindset to learn and improve. Leave the T20 craze at the gate; we are here to build stars for the long format. ## About World XI Cricket Academy I don't care about your past records; I care about your potential today.
