Our training here focuses on repetitive multi-ball drills, precise wheelchair placement strategies, and tournament-specific temperament, which are exactly the methods that helped our athletes like Rajlakshmi S J secure gold and silver medals at the Para National Championships. Success in competitive para-table tennis is built through consistency and rigorous, tournament-oriented preparation. At our Banashankari centre, we run a dedicated National-Level Competitive Program designed for athletes who want to push their limits. ### Our Training Approach We move beyond basic strokes to focus on high-performance development: * **Tournament Readiness:** We use high-intensity multi-ball feeding to build reflex speed and ensure players are ready for the pressure of national-level rallies. * **Wheelchair Mobility:** Mobility is a game-changer. We provide specialized drills for locking mechanisms, swift turning, and maneuvering, allowing athletes to cover the table effectively. * **Tactical Coaching:** Our 1-on-1 sessions focus on rubber-specific strategies and game-planning that work with an individual athlete's style. * **Mental Fortitude:** Since the mental game is as crucial as the physical, we integrate regular sports psychology group sessions to help our paddlers build resilience and tournament focus. ### Infrastructure & Support We provide an environment designed for professional growth, featuring ITTF-approved Tibhar and Stag tables, professional synthetic flooring, and gym access for conditioning. We also offer guidance on tournament classification to ensure every athlete is properly supported when they represent the academy on the big stage. Whether you are aiming for state rankings or national glory, our coaching team is here to build the habits that make winners. ## About Winner's Cloud We believe winning is a habit, not just a goal.
