We always prioritize installing quality drain cells and geotextile fabric beneath the turf, because in Chennai, heavy rain is inevitable. A beautiful deck is useless if water gets trapped and causes dampness below, so we build the foundation to keep your roof safe and dry. When we plan a rooftop retreat, we look at the space as a long-term investment. It is not just about placing grass and furniture; it is about ensuring the structure can handle the load and the water flow. ### Our Process We follow a strict Design-Execute-Maintain approach to ensure your garden thrives year-round: * **Design:** We start with 2D or 3D layouts so you see exactly where the seating, artificial turf, and pathways will go before we purchase a single tile. * **Execution:** We use 30mm plastic drain cells and geotextile fabric to protect your existing floor. For the hardscaping, we use durable options like flame-finished granite, Tandur, or Kota stone, secured with chemical adhesives, not just loose cement, to withstand the heat and humidity. * **Maintenance:** We offer quarterly maintenance contracts to handle pruning, nutrition, and system checks, ensuring your terrace stays lush without you needing to learn horticulture. ### Practical Details We understand that privacy and comfort are key. We often install modular wooden pergolas or use vertical garden walls to create windbreaks and privacy screens. If you want a space for hosting, we can integrate outdoor-grade wicker furniture and ambient lighting that handles exposure well. Whether you have a small apartment terrace or a large commercial rooftop, we tailor the material density—like choosing the right pile height for artificial grass—to match the expected foot traffic. ## About Win Landscape We are WIN Landscape, a Chennai-based team with over two decades of experience in creating green spaces. We don't just put down some grass; we look at the structural potential of your rooftop to ensure your new garden stands up to our local weather and stays low-maintenance for years.
