For projects like our Banaras haveli restoration, we integrate high-tensile steel frames alongside centuries-old Chunar sandstone carvings. This dual approach ensures your structure honors its heritage without compromising on modern durability or comfort. Design is a negotiation between the past and the present. At White Studio Architects, our process is anchored in materiality and context, not trends. Whether we are transforming a heritage haveli in Varanasi or conceptualizing a resort in the Himalayas, we treat the land as our primary partner. Our methodology starts with rigorous site analysis. Before a single drawing is finalized, we document sunlight paths, wind patterns, and local craft traditions. In the mountains, this means designing for resilience against heavy rain and slope topography. In Banaras, it involves complex structural coordination to preserve ancient stone arches while concealing modern electrical and plumbing systems. We lean into raw, tactile materials. Exposed concrete, brick, and Chunar sandstone are not merely finishes, they are the vocabulary of our buildings. These materials age with dignity, developing a character that mass-produced finishes simply cannot replicate. We understand that the most daunting part of any build is the budget and timeline. That is why our technical execution, from MEP integration to site supervision, focuses on predictability and efficiency. We are direct about what is possible, avoiding the guesswork that leads to project delays. When you see our work, you are seeing a process that prioritizes the long-term integrity of your space above all else. ## About White Studio Architects I am Kunal, and I don't design for algorithms. I design for the people who will actually live and breathe in these spaces. My work at White Studio Architects is about finding the soul in a building, using raw materials to tell a story that feels human, not corporate.
