Whether it is a burn-away cake revealing a date or a piñata cake hiding a gift inside, these designs are engineered to be the main character of your event. If you want a cake that gets everyone talking, this is it. I treat these interactive cakes like a small production. My burn-away cakes, which are honestly my current obsession, use a specific edible paper technique that allows the top layer to catch fire safely while protecting the message underneath. It is dramatic, it is fun, and it is a total stress-buster to prep. Then there are the smashable piñata cakes. I build these with a hollow chocolate shell that you have to crack open to get to the treats inside. It is perfect for birthdays where you want more than just a slice of cake. I have even hidden phones and jewelry boxes inside these for major proposals. Since I work from my kitchen in Hennur Road, I handle the structural engineering for every tier and surprise element myself. I make sure the internal support is strong enough to hold the weight, but light enough to smash. These cakes are 100% eggless, just like everything else in my kitchen. When you reach out, tell me what you want to reveal. A secret message? A gift? A specific date? I will figure out the mechanics to make it work. Just keep in mind that these require a bit more planning than a standard cake, so give me a heads-up a few days before your event so I can nail the details. Ee sala cup namdu, let’s make it happen. ## About Whisk It I'm a home baker who thinks life is too short for boring dessert.
