We cover everything from the structural engineering behind anti-gravity cakes to the operational systems you need to manage orders across Delhi NCR. If you are already selling cakes and want to take your work to a commercial level, this is where you start. We started Whisk with our own savings, juggling 9-to-5 jobs and late-night YouTube tutorials in a small town. We didn't have a background in fancy culinary schools—just stubbornness and a refusal to ever repeat a design. ### Why We Teach We built this business from zero, and we realized that most cake makers struggle not because they lack talent, but because they lack a system. That is why our masterclass isn't a hobbyist workshop. It is a rigorous, 10-day program for active, commercial cake artists who are hitting a ceiling in their business. ### The Whisk Methodology You won't find generic lessons here. We teach you the exact techniques we use in our studio every day: * **Structural Engineering:** How to build kinetic and anti-gravity showpieces that actually survive Indian roads. * **Business Systems:** The boring but essential math of pricing, planning, and managing a high-volume studio. * **Originality:** Moving away from Pinterest copies to creating your own signature style. We keep our batches small because we are looking for leaders, not just students. We pour our experience into you because we know that when our students win awards, that is our real trophy 🤌🏻. If you are ready to put in the work and stop guessing, this is the environment where you grow. ## About Whisk Cake Studio We’re two self-taught cake nerds from small towns who hustled our way to the top of the NCR cake scene. We started Whisk with nothing but a dream and late-night research, and today, we're all about passing that fire to the next generation of creators. If you're serious about your craft, let's build something real together.
