## About Gravity-Defying & Kinetic Wonders

What you see is the magic, but the real work is in the hidden armature. For these gravity-defying designs, we build custom stainless steel or food-safe wood structures inside the cake to ensure it stays solid, even during the bumpy ride across Delhi NCR. You aren't just buying a cake; you are buying a piece of structural engineering that we guarantee will arrive in one piece. 🤌🏻

### Engineering Your Centerpiece
We started Whisk with nothing but grit and a desire to do things differently. When we design these kinetic wonders, we aren't just baking. We are calculating weight distribution, internal support systems, and center of gravity. Whether it is a rotating tree on an 11kg jungle-themed cake or a floating Nintendo Switch for a gamer's birthday, each piece is built to be a showstopper that actually lasts.

### Why Our Structure Matters
- **Real Engineering:** We use concealed stainless steel and food-safe wood armatures to keep the impossible vertical.
- **Stability First:** We often use a semi-fondant approach—smooth ganache or buttercream bases with fondant details—to create a sturdier, better-tasting foundation that handles transport better than full fondant coverings.
- **Movement & Light:** From battery-operated motors hidden in the base to food-safe LED lighting integrated between tiers, we push the limits of what a cake can be.

### Planning Your Build
Because these cakes require specialized structural planning, they are not standard items. Each design requires a consultation where we discuss your theme, the required height, and the logistical needs for delivery. We build these from scratch in our Gurgaon studio, so the earlier you reach out, the more time we have to engineer your vision perfectly. Let's make something that leaves your guests wondering how we pulled it off. 🔥
