We skip the heavy full-fondant wrap to keep the taste light and fresh, using buttercream or ganache as our base instead. We only use fondant for the 3D figurines or theme-specific details, so you get the visual wow factor without compromising on flavor. 🤌🏻 When you are planning a baby shower or a first birthday, the cake usually anchors the entire party. We do not believe in generic designs. Whether you want a whimsical stork delivery, a gender reveal with elephant figurines, or a classic pastel theme, we start with your vision. We are huge on flavor, which is why 99 out of 100 cakes we make are semi-fondant. We want you and your guests to actually enjoy the cake, not just stare at it. Our base is usually smooth white chocolate ganache or buttercream. We add fondant only where it is needed for the structure or those cute 3D elements like sleeping babies, teddy bears, or customized caricatures. Planning a big event in Delhi NCR comes with its own stresses, and the cake should not be one of them. Our studio in Gurugram is set up to build structures that survive the drive. We use heavy-duty boards and internal doweling for every tiered cake. If you are planning a milestone like a mundan or a monthly birthday, we can scale the design to fit the vibe, from minimalist floral work to intricate story-telling layouts. **How to customize your cake:** Bring us your theme. Whether it is a gender reveal color scheme or a specific character for a first birthday, we can sketch it out. Just share the guest count, and we will figure out the sizing to make sure everyone gets a slice. If you have an idea that seems impossible, let us talk. We love a challenge. 🔥 ## About Whisk Cake Studio I am a self-taught cake artist based in Gurugram, building my dream with late-night tutorials and a lot of grit.
