This is a core part of our philosophy. We bridge the gap between standard coaching and professional cricket by having those who have played at the IPL or state level mentor our juniors, giving them practical, real-world advice on handling match pressure that no textbook can teach. We are not just an academy; we are a family. When you walk into our nets at Paschim Vihar, Janakpuri, or our other locations, you see the difference. While our drills are intense—covering fitness, net sessions, and fielding—the culture is what keeps our players grounded. Mentorship is the backbone of our system. Our senior players, including those who have gone on to play at the highest levels, return to guide the next generation. This peer-to-peer connection is invaluable. It is not just about correcting a grip or stance; it is about sharing the mental toughness required to succeed. We celebrate milestones together—birthdays, tournament wins, or personal breakthroughs. This builds a sense of belonging. A young cricketer needs to feel supported to play fearless cricket. We believe in creating an environment where discipline meets encouragement. If you are looking for a place where your child is not just a student but part of a community that breathes cricket, you have found it. Whether you are enrolling in our Junior Foundation batch or training for competitive state trials, you can expect the same commitment to fundamentals and hard work. We keep the environment supportive, ensuring that every player, regardless of age, feels they have a path to growth. ## About West Delhi Cricket Academy Namaste, I am Rajkumar Sharma.
