My academy focuses on match simulations because that is where the real game happens. We ensure you are not just hitting balls in a cage but are ready for the intensity of district, zonal, and national-level selection trials like the Vijay Merchant Trophy. You need to know how to handle different pitch conditions and diverse bowling attacks, and that experience only comes from being out there in the middle. Most academies treat the nets as the destination. For us, the nets are just the beginning. Our 'Match Ready' program is designed to bridge the gap between training and actual competitive cricket. ### Why Match Experience Matters You can have the perfect technique in the nets, but if you cannot adapt to a turning track or a swinging ball under the pressure of a tournament, that technique is useless. We organize regular practice matches and city tours to expose players to different conditions and competitive scenarios. ### How We Prepare You We don't believe in short-cuts. Our competitive batches for U-14 and U-19 players focus on: - **Match Simulations:** Moving beyond throw-downs to game-realistic scenarios where field placement and match awareness are tested. - **Turf Wicket Training:** We prioritize turf wickets so you learn to adapt to bounce and seam movement, just like in real tournaments. - **Selection Trial Guidance:** With years of experience guiding kids to DDCA and NCA selection camps, we know exactly what selectors are looking for. We don't just teach cricket; we teach you how to perform when the stakes are high. Whether you are aiming for a spot in your school team or looking for a pathway to the Vijay Merchant Trophy, the focus here remains the same: discipline, adaptability, and the self-belief to play fearless cricket. ## About West Delhi Cricket Academy I started this academy with one mission: to give the boys and girls of West Delhi the training they deserve. When you step onto the field with us, you are not just a student; you are a cricketer in the making. I am here to ensure you are ready for the big stage, just like many who have trained under me.
