Whether it is your stance, your grip, or your head position, we correct these small things first. They are what decide whether a ball hits the middle of the bat or the edge. You have to be willing to listen and put in the work. In my 26 years here in West Delhi, I have seen many players with talent, but very few with the discipline to master the fundamentals. Coaching is a responsibility, not a job. My method is straightforward: we break down your technique, fix your flaws, and build your mental toughness. We do not believe in hype or shortcuts. When you train at our centers in Paschim Vihar, Hari Nagar, Vikaspuri, or Dwarka, you are not just getting nets; you are getting a structured pathway. We look at your bowling action to ensure consistency and we drill your batting until your shots are precise. 'Fearless cricket' is a phrase I use often because it is the mindset you need to succeed. It comes from knowing that your preparation is solid and your fitness is up to the mark. If you are serious about your game and ready for the grind, you will find a place here. ## About West Delhi Cricket Academy I am Rajkumar Sharma.
