We provide direct guidance on how to report these incidents to local authorities and NGOs like CUPA or Friendicoes. Being a responsible parent means speaking up for those who cannot, and we help you navigate the immediate steps to take when it matters most. Being a dog parent comes with responsibilities that extend beyond your own four walls. We are building a space where real talk matters—whether that is helping you understand the legalities of dog registration in your city, or sharing how to be a better neighbor to the Indies in your mohalla. ### Speaking Up for Animals Animal cruelty is a reality that often hides in plain sight. We believe in actionable advocacy. If you see something wrong, knowing who to call is the first step. Whether it is contacting the local police or reaching out to established rescue networks in cities like Delhi, Bengaluru, or Mumbai, we provide the resources you need to make a report that counts. ### More Than Just a Pet We often talk about the 'Indies vs. Breeds' debate, the importance of spaying and neutering, and why letting dogs be dogs is the best kind of love. It is about moving away from propaganda and focusing on what is actually natural and healthy for our furry companions. ### Community is Everything Dog parenting can be isolating, but it does not have to be. Through our 'Sundays with Sploot' initiative, we encourage real-world connections. These aren't just walks; they are opportunities to meet other parents, swap tips, and create a safe, supportive network for your pet. We are here to prove that when we come together, we can create a kinder environment for every street dog and house pet alike. If you are looking for guidance on ethical care or simply want to join a group that gets it, you are in the right place. ## About Sploot We are dog parents just like you, juggling the same late-night zoomies and early morning vet runs. We built this platform because we wanted a space that treats dog parenting as a shared community rather than just a service, and we’re here to help you make life better for your pup—and the community around them.
