I pack every order in specific containers from my Sector 49 kitchen to ensure the marinade stays fresh and the texture remains exactly as it should be when it hits your plate. When the craving for a smoky starter hits, you shouldn't have to settle for mass-produced food. Whether you are hosting a quick weekend get-together or just want a flavorful snack with your evening tea, my tandoori menu is designed for that ghar jaisa (home-like) comfort. I use a blend of traditional Indian spices and a slow-roasting process in my kitchen, so you get the depth of flavor you would expect from a good local eatery, minus the effort. From the creaminess of Malai Soya Chaap to the classic, fiery spice of Tandoori Chicken, everything is marinated fresh. Why this works for your home: - Freshly Marinated: No pre-frozen, ready-to-eat packets. We marinate daily based on demand. - Party Ready: If you are hosting, my veg and non-veg platters save you the hassle of prep and cleanup. - Perfectly Paired: Every starter comes with my signature fresh mint chutney, which is made from scratch. Pair these with a soft paratha or just enjoy them as they are with some sliced onions. It is the simple, smoky joy of tandoori food that actually feels like it came from a real kitchen. ## About Well Served I'm the one behind these recipes, obsessing over the marinade ratios until they feel just right. I started Well Served because I missed the joy of simple, smoky tandoori food that actually feels like it came from a real kitchen, not an assembly line.
