It is a small detail, but we know it makes a world of difference when you are opening your lunch at your desk or after a long commute. ### Our Kitchen Story When you order from Well Served, you are not getting mass-produced food. Our kitchen in Sector 49, Gurugram, is designed for small-batch cooking. We start with whole spices from our masala dabba and stick to simple, time-tested recipes. We believe that if you would not feed it to your own family, it should not leave our kitchen. ### The Packing Process Hygiene is our top priority. We do not just put food in a container; we use heat-sealed, sectioned black plastic trays. These are designed to be spill-proof, so whether you are eating in the office or at home, your meal arrives intact. Each bag is sealed with our brand tape, and we include a wooden spoon and fork, so you are ready to eat the moment it reaches you. ### Why We Do It This Way We know that when you live away from home, you do not want fancy plating or excessive cream and butter. You want food that you can eat every day without feeling heavy. By keeping our process transparent—from our fresh ingredients to our delivery-only model—we make sure you know exactly what is going into your meal. If you have any specific concerns about how we pack or prepare your food, feel free to drop us a message. ## About Well Served I am the person behind Well Served, and we are just a team who missed our mom’s cooking too much. We built this kitchen not to run a fancy restaurant, but to make sure you get a hot, honest meal that feels like a hug on a plate.
