That only happens with high-hydration, 24-hour fermented dough, imported San Marzano tomatoes, and the intense, flickering heat of a wood-fired oven. Our journey to the global rankings started with a simple question: what makes a pizza feel like home? We found the answer in the process. We do not use fancy additives or shortcuts. We rely on the craft of the dough and the quality of our ingredients to deliver that signature 'soupiness' at the center, which is the hallmark of a true Neapolitan pie. Whether you visit our outlets in Vasant Vihar, Amar Colony, or Ghitorni, you are getting the exact same quality that caught the attention of judges worldwide. We treat every order with the same focus, because to us, every guest is the only critic that matters. We believe that if you want the kind of pizza that fits with a slow day and a good book, you need to start with the basics—the fire, the flour, and a whole lot of heart. When you bite into our Goan Sausage or a classic Marinara, we want you to feel that passion, not just eat a meal. ## About Leo's I am Amol, and I have spent years chasing the perfect slice. For me, it is not about the trophies or the rankings, it is about the heart you put into the dough and the fire. Come by and see what the fuss is all about.
