It is a defining characteristic of this style. We focus on getting our pizzas to you as quickly as possible to maintain that specific texture, but we recommend eating it as soon as it arrives to enjoy the balance of the airy crust and the fresh toppings before the heat dissipates. ### Bringing the Pizzeria to You We believe that great pizza should be accessible anywhere, not just at our tables. Whether you are planning a quiet night in or a weekend with friends, our delivery and takeaway service is designed to bring the same standard we set in our outlets directly to your home. ### Our Process Per fare la pizza devi metterci anche il cuore. That is our philosophy, and it applies to every box that leaves our kitchen. Each pizza is made using our signature high-hydration, 24-hour fermented dough. This process creates that distinctive, leopard-spotted char and a puffy, airy rim that defines a true Neapolitan pie. ### How to Order We operate out of our outlets in Amar Colony, Vasant Vihar, and Ghitorni, ensuring we cover the Delhi NCR region with fresh, hot pies. If you are within our immediate delivery radius, we suggest calling our outlets directly for the fastest service. For locations further away or if you prefer using your favourite delivery apps, you can find us on major platforms. We take care to pack each pizza securely so it reaches you with its structure intact. ### Menu Highlights Whether you are a purist or looking for something different, our full menu is available for delivery. From the classic Margherita and vegan-friendly Marinara to our signature Goan Sausage or Prosciutto di Parma e Rucola, every item is crafted to order. Don't forget to round off your meal with a Tiramisu in a jar or one of our fresh salads to complete the experience. ## About Leo's At Leo's, we are just as obsessed with the journey of our pizza as we are with the craft. Our kitchen fires up the same dough we serve in our dining rooms, ensuring your home meal feels like a proper pizzeria experience.
