When I set these up, I am not just dropping off equipment. I am staying on-site to make sure the cold pyro timing hits perfectly and the signage is positioned exactly where your guests will see it the moment they walk in. The difference between a good event and a great one often comes down to the elements that aren't strictly 'decor.' These special touches help create the vibe that people talk about after the function ends. ### Why These Extras Matter Most planners just hand you a list of vendors. We prefer to coordinate the entertainment ourselves. If we suggest a dhol player or a live band, it is because we have seen them perform and know they can energize a crowd. We handle the artist management so you aren't chasing performers on the day of your event. ### Customization & Special Effects Your wedding is not a template. If you want a specific vibe, we make it happen. * **Special Effects:** We provide cold pyros and dry ice setups that are safe but dramatic. These are perfect for grand entrances or the varmala ceremony. * **Signage:** We design custom welcome signs, social media hashtags, or neon name signs. These are the small things that make the space feel like it belongs to you. * **Bar & Table Styling:** We don't just set up tables. We think about the centerpieces—whether it's floral arrangements that match your theme or candle settings that catch the light. Our bar setups often become the social hub of the event, so we make sure they look clean, thematic, and inviting. ### Our Process We are based in Delhi NCR and our team is always on the ground. We have managed setups at venues like Varunika in Chanakya Puri and understand how to handle both indoor and outdoor spaces. We are the ones you will see fixing the lighting or adjusting the floral centerpieces right before the guests arrive. We do not just sit in an office; we make sure the reality matches your dream. ## About Weedoevents We are Rohit and Preeti, and we don't just plan events, we obsess over the details that guests actually notice. Whether it is fussing over the height of a centerpiece or making sure the performers hit the right note, we are the ones you will see on-site with sleeves rolled up, fixing it live.
