We personally curate the pampas grass and wood accents to handle Delhi's open-air venues, ensuring the setup feels solid and styled, not just decorated. Because we are onsite through the setup, we make sure those fairy lights are draped just right before your guests arrive. ### Why We Love the Boho Vibe Boho and rustic themes work perfectly for outdoor events because they complement, rather than fight, the natural surroundings. We focus on earthy tones, organic textures, and soft lighting to turn a standard lawn into an intimate space. Whether it is a sundowner engagement or a relaxed birthday party, this style creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels less staged and more gathered. ### Our Approach to Outdoor Styling We know that outdoor venues in Delhi NCR can be tricky. We do not just supply props; we consider the layout, wind conditions, and lighting needs. Our process involves: * **Material Selection:** We source high-quality pampas grass, dried palms, and wood elements that hold up well outdoors. * **Lighting Design:** We use warm fairy light canopies and strategically placed spotlights to manage the transition from daytime warmth to evening magic. * **Customization:** No two boho setups are the same. We adjust the color palette, be it neutral creams, deep rusts, or soft pastels, to match your specific venue and the time of year. ### Practical Details for Your Event When we plan your setup, we think about the logistics guests might not notice, but will definitely feel. We ensure pathways are clear, lounge areas are comfortable with appropriate seating, and the photo zones are positioned to get the best natural light. If you are planning an event in Delhi NCR and want a setup that feels organic and thoughtfully designed, let us handle the heavy lifting. We will be there on-site, adjusting every detail until the moment your first guest walks in. ## About Weedoevents We are Rohit and Preeti, and we live for the transformation that happens on an open lawn. When we are not planning the big picture, you will find us personally fluffing up the pampas grass or fixing the fairy light canopy to make sure your outdoor event feels warm and inviting.
