We use structural elements like trussing and custom lighting to ensure your stage looks perfect from every angle in the room, not just in photos. If you are planning an evening event, ask us how we use specific lighting angles to keep the glare off your stage backdrop while keeping it bright. When designing a stage or backdrop, we focus on depth and visibility. A common mistake is a flat backdrop that looks fine in a tiny image but loses impact in a large hall. We use layers, like crystal curtains, floral accents, or marquee bulb panels, to give the setup a 3D feel. For corporate events, like the ones we have done at venues including ITC Welcome Hotel Dwarka, we integrate brand colors with subtle RGB LED washes and custom signage so the branding feels premium, not like a billboard. For weddings, we lean into romantic textures, like fairy light tunnels and lush floral borders, that make the couple stand out. We are hands-on with the fabrication, meaning we are there adjusting the height of the floral runners or fixing that one stubborn light string until it looks just right. You will not find us handing off the work to a supervisor. We are the ones on the ladder. Whether you need a 16ft stage for a product launch or a delicate mandap for a sangeet, we handle the logistics so you can focus on the event. ## About Weedoevents We are Rohit and Preeti, and we don't just plan events from a desk. You will usually find us on-site, fussing over fairy lights and checking the stage angles until everything is perfect. We love turning your vision into a real space that gets people talking.
