For larger guest lists, we often suggest widening the path to prevent bottlenecks at the start of your event, ensuring guests can transition smoothly from the venue gates into your main party area. Your entrance is the first handshake you offer your guests. We believe it should feel welcoming rather than just decorative. Whether you are hosting a wedding at a venue like Varunika in Chanakya Puri or a corporate gala, we tailor the structure to match your theme. We focus on three core elements: * **Lighting:** We use fairy lights and warm LEDs to create depth and visibility, especially for evening events. * **Structure:** From rustic wooden lattice walls to grand floral arches, we build frames that guide your guests naturally. * **Botanicals:** We incorporate fresh floral runners or greenery to add a soft, organic touch to the hard infrastructure. Our approach is highly practical. We check the venue's entry constraints, weather conditions, and lighting availability before we finalize the design. We handle the masking and mounting so that the focus remains entirely on your brand or theme. If you have specific signage or branding requirements, we integrate those directly into the arrival architecture so the welcome feels cohesive from the first step. ## About Weedoevents We are Rohit and Preeti, and we are the ones you will see adjusting a flower or fixing a light at your entrance. We love creating that warm welcome moment for your guests. For us, hearing a simple 'Bahut sundar' from a client is the real reward!
