We use standard, consistent color themes like purple, gold, and white to ensure the room looks formal and professional while still marking the occasion. Professional balloon decor should not interfere with your meeting's agenda. Whether you are hosting a corporate conference in Vasant Kunj or a seminar in Lajpat Nagar, our team understands that the right balance is key. We focus on clean arrangements that highlight your space without creating clutter. ### Our approach to formal setups: * **Entry Arches:** A standard 6ft by 8ft spiral balloon arch at the main entrance sets a professional tone immediately. * **Table Clusters:** We create neat balloon clusters for U-shaped conference tables, using 3-4 balloons each, ensuring the sightlines for your speakers and attendees remain clear. * **Wall & Pillar Decor:** For larger halls, we attach balloon bunches to walls or pillars using removable tape, keeping the setup secure but clean. ### Logistics and coordination: We operate with a two-person crew for these setups, arriving 1 to 2 hours before your event starts to ensure everything is ready before guests arrive. We specialize in using formal color palettes like metallic gold, silver, and matte white, which we can tailor to match your specific company brand colors. If your office space requires specific branding, please let us know in advance. We can coordinate the balloon colors to match your brand palette, making the room feel like it was designed specifically for your corporate milestone or success celebration. ## About We Decorate Your Day I am the face behind wedecoryourday, and my team handles balloon setups for offices and event spaces across Delhi NCR.
