While I always make sure to get the detail shots of the henna art, I spend most of the time moving through the crowd to capture those unplanned interactions with your friends and family. This approach ensures your gallery feels like a story of the event, not just a series of posed portraits. My approach to a Mehendi ceremony is simple. I don't believe in interrupting the flow of rituals to get a photo. Whether you are at a local Mumbai banquet or an outdoor destination setup, I use natural light and fast prime lenses to get the shot without being in your way. I pay attention to the environment as much as the people. That means getting the wide-angle shots of the vibrant decor and the setup, then switching to macro shots for the henna patterns. I look for the small things, like your family members' reactions to the music or the specific way your friends are teasing you. These are the moments that actually matter when you look back. If you are planning an outdoor Mehendi, I optimize for the golden hour to get that soft, warm glow on your skin. For indoor setups, I rely on my own portable lighting kits to make sure the colors pop without the harshness of a direct flash. My team knows how to handle the chaos, so you can just enjoy the day. ## About Wedding Zest I’m Rohit, and my crew and I have shot over 700 weddings, so we know exactly how a Mehendi ceremony moves. I’m not interested in stiff poses or making you uncomfortable. I’m here to document the real energy of your celebration while you're busy making memories.
