It involves a massive team of floral artists, lighting technicians, and carpenters working through the night to ensure every petal is perfectly placed before your first guest arrives. When you see our work, you are seeing the result of relentless onsite coordination and hands-on production, from structural mandap building to lighting calibration. We call this our process of whispered grandeur. It is not just about placing a flower or setting a chair. It is about engineering the structure to hold the weight of thousands of blooms and ensuring the lighting creates the right mood for your sangeet or pheras. ### Our Process on Site When we handle a project, we are not just planners. We are often on the ground, solving problems in real-time. Whether it is a sangeet setup at The Address, Delhi, or a destination wedding in a remote location, our team manages the entire flow: * **Structural Production:** We build large-scale installations, such as our signature floral mandaps, ensuring they are both sturdy and aesthetically light. * **Lighting Calibration:** We adjust every lamp and chandelier to ensure the space glows rather than just being lit. * **Team Coordination:** We manage a network of vendors, from florists to electricians, keeping everyone on the same timeline so the setup finishes before the first guest walks in. ### The Reality of Wedding Decor Luxury design requires serious logistics. We often operate on tight schedules, including managing entire productions in as little as 7 days. This demands a high level of operational discipline. We treat every entrance, garden, and reception area as a unique project, meaning we do not use pre-made, cookie-cutter templates. We build for the venue architecture, adapting our concepts to fit the specific constraints of the space you have chosen. ## About Wedding River We are Hridayak and Nishkarsh. We do not just sit in offices making plans. You will catch us on-site during the setup, usually covered in floral dust, making sure the lighting and every tiny detail feel exactly right.
