## About Haldi & Mehendi: Sunshine and Joy

When planning your Haldi or Mehendi, the flow of the venue matters as much as the flowers. We often find that choosing a backdrop that matches your venue’s natural lighting is the easiest way to get great photos without needing massive lighting rigs. Whether we are styling a poolside area or a home courtyard, we prioritize pieces that create natural photo opportunities while keeping space clear for your guests to move.

For a Haldi or Mehendi event, the decor needs to be functional and festive. We specialize in blending the old with the new. If you love the traditional look, we use fresh local marigolds (genda), sunflowers, and vintage brass props that remind you of home. For more modern setups, we introduce elements like heritage-style window frames, terracotta pots, or even neon signs to give your photos that contemporary edge.

We have styled everything from intimate home courtyards to grand banquets in places like The Leela Jaipur. One of our signature styles involves using 'Old Delhi' themes, where we incorporate rustic arches and vibrant fabric prints to create a backdrop that feels like a walk through history.

We don't just focus on the stage. We think about the little things like how your guests will interact with the bar, where they will sit, and whether the seating feels comfortable enough for a long afternoon of music and rituals. We work closely with your other vendors to ensure the tenting, lighting, and furniture come together smoothly. If you have a specific vision, like a poolside 'Gulabi Genda' theme or a full-on colourful carnival, we build the blueprint for you.
