Our process starts weeks ahead with site visits and technical floor plans, ensuring that what you see in your mind matches the actual setup. Whether it's sourcing specific marigolds for a Haldi or configuring complex lighting trusses for a Sangeet, we test every element before your guests arrive so you only focus on the moment. ### From Blueprint to Ballroom Behind every stunning stage and floral arch is a series of deliberate choices. We believe that true luxury is in the unseen preparation. Our process begins with a conversation about your vision—whether you're dreaming of a 'Gulabi Genda' Haldi or a high-glamour cocktail night—and moves into creating a blueprint that accounts for every technical constraint of your venue. We coordinate directly with your venue managers and lighting partners, ensuring that trussing, electrical points, and loading schedules are handled long before the first guest walks in. For outdoor setups in Delhi or destination weddings in Jaipur, we account for wind, heat, and local logistics, because a beautiful setup is useless if it doesn't withstand the evening. ### The Art of Installation Our team handles everything from custom neon fabrication to delicate floral threading. When we build a bar or a lounge, it involves precise carpentry and styling. You’ll often find our team on-site hours before the event, hand-placing centerpieces, adjusting the tilt of a spotlight, or ensuring the fabric drapes fall with the right volume. We don't just decorate; we engineer an atmosphere. It’s a mix of disciplined project management and the creative flair that has kept our family in this business since 1967. ## About Wedding Decor India We’re a Delhi family, born into the art of creating magical celebrations.
