We look at your venue, whether it is a coastal resort in Goa or a sprawling lawn in Delhi, and build a mood board that actually fits the geography. We handle the sound, the quirky signage, and the logistics, so your only job is to actually have fun with the turmeric and cocktails. ### Why Your Pre-Wedding Events Need a Strategy Most planners treat Haldi and Mehendi as minor tasks on a checklist. We treat them as the opening act of your wedding festival. Because these events are intimate, they are the best opportunities to set the tone for the entire celebration. Whether you want an earthy, rustic sundowner in a Delhi farm or a bold, high-energy carnival in Goa, we build the environment from scratch. ### Designing for the Vibe We do not work with templates. If you are a couple that loves travel and color, we might suggest a tropical jungle theme with vibrant florals and eccentric props. If you prefer something more classic, we look at soft pastels, structured floral arches, and delicate lighting to create an elegant, airy afternoon. The goal is always to create a space that looks good in photos but feels even better in person. ### What We Actually Handle Planning these events involves more than just picking a theme. We manage: * **Vendor Coordination:** We bring in the right sound systems and lighting crews so your playlist hits and the lighting stays flattering throughout the day. * **Logistics:** From moving guests between hotels in Goa to managing the chaotic flow of a crowd during a Mehendi, we are the ones on the ground making sure it stays organized. * **Customization:** If you want a specific entrance or a custom bar setup, we design and build it. We don't believe in copy-paste weddings; we believe in stitching together a celebration that fits your specific story. ## About Wedding Darzi We are Sonam and Praney, the duo behind Wedding Darzi. We do not do cookie-cutter weddings because your story is not either. If you want a Haldi or Mehendi that is more 'wild party' than 'checklist ceremony,' let us talk.
