This small switch flips the power dynamic, forces clear verbal communication, and often surprises parents with how structured and capable their child’s thinking process really is. ### Building Social Bridges At Build-It, we define a workshop as a 'Brain Gym' where the primary exercise is interaction. Whether we are hosting a session at our Yelahanka studio or a community *Habba* (festival) across Bangalore, the goal remains the same: to move from individual effort to collective achievement. #### Why Shared Building Matters * **Non-Verbal Communication:** Often, a child knows exactly where a plank needs to go to balance a structure. They gesture, point, or simply hold out a piece for a partner. Learning to interpret these cues is a foundational social skill. * **The Power of 'We':** When a tower falls, the disappointment is shared. When it stands, the victory is collective.
