When our coaches guide you through a backhand adjustment or court positioning, they are speaking from the experience of having executed that exact shot in a high-pressure match over the weekend. We do not believe in the old school 'do as I say' method. Our coaching team, including Utkarsh Tiwari and Uday Saini, are regular fixtures in the tournament circuit. This isn't just about showing off trophies; it is about understanding the current pace of the game. Clay court tennis, especially on the courts here in Noida Sector 77, demands a specific strategy involving sliding, managing the bounce, and controlling the rally from the baseline. When your coach is actively playing, they understand the mental fatigue of a tournament weekend, the specific challenges of floodlit evening matches, and the quick tactical adjustments needed against different opponents. They have been in your shoes recently. They bring this *asli game* (real game) perspective to every session. Whether you are training for U-14 circuit events or looking to break into the Men's Open, you are learning techniques that are currently winning matches, not techniques from a decade ago. It is that constant exposure to match pressure that keeps their, and your, game sharp. ## About Way to Slams I am Sanyam, and I have built a team that does not just hold rackets—we compete.
