You get the full operational blueprint: our 5-level curriculum, the specific aquatic handling techniques, and the US-imported cleaning robots that ensure your pool meets USA-standard hygiene. You handle the venue partnerships and local team management, while we provide the training, the brand reputation, and the proprietary support that makes our classes in Delhi so successful. ### A Business With Purpose India has an urgent need for structured, safe swimming education. Too many parents are searching for programs that offer more than just a pool and a lifeguard. They want the specific confidence-building approach that we have developed over years of practice. ### What You Get as a Franchisee * **Exclusive City Rights:** You own the territory. We do not allow competition within your city, ensuring your focus remains on growth. * **Proven Curriculum:** We provide complete access to our 5-level syllabus, developed by Maria Di Fiore. From infant acclimatization to advanced strokes, every step is mapped out. * **Operational Readiness:** You get the SOPs for daily water quality, safety protocols, and parent communication. We include the initial supply of mandated skin-safe chemicals and our signature play-based teaching aids. * **Hardware and Tech:** This includes our US-imported commercial cleaning robots and integration with our central booking platform. ### Your Role We are looking for partners who love working with children and have the vision to build something lasting. You will need to secure partnerships with premium hotel properties to host the pools, hire local staff, and maintain the standards we set. In return, you get a model that is already working, a brand that parents trust, and the support of a team that cares as much about water safety as you do. If you want a franchise that is financially rewarding but also brings a necessary service to your community, let's talk. ## About Water Town We started Water Town because kids in India needed safer, more structured ways to learn. Now, we are handing the keys to partners who want to build that same foundation in their own cities. We aren't just selling a franchise; we are growing a community of swimmers.
