We use songs like 'Humpty Dumpty' and games to keep children engaged, meaning that baby who cries on day one is usually giggling by day three. We prioritise making them feel safe before we ever introduce a stroke, ensuring the learning happens naturally through play. ### Our Approach: Fun First, Fear Never Learning to swim is as much a cognitive process as it is a physical one. Our curriculum, designed by Maria Di Fiore, breaks down complex movements into simple, repeatable steps. Whether it is 'Soldier. Tickle. T.' or teaching a toddler to grab the wall, we ensure every movement is deliberate. ### Why Our Environment Matters - **USA-Standard Hygiene:** We do not take shortcuts with water quality. We use specialized chemicals and commercial-grade cleaning robots to keep our pools crystal clear. This means no itchy eyes or skin irritation for your little one. - **Small Steps for Big Confidence:** We start with bubbles, floating, and kicking exercises on the benches. This allows children to get comfortable at their own pace. You will often see us using floating mats, colourful rings, and bubble guns to distract from the fear and amplify the fun. - **Parent-Toddler Interaction:** In our early-age sessions, parents are part of the process. We guide you on how to hold your baby, how to help them kick, and when to let go so they can float independently. It is a bonding experience that builds trust. From 4-month-old babies learning to hold their breath to adults mastering their first strokes, our classes are structured to remove the fear of water completely. We are not just teaching a sport; we are teaching a life-saving skill. ## About Water Town We are the team behind the splashing sounds! We are obsessed with making water a place of joy, not fear, for your little ones. We treat every child like our own, ensuring they learn real safety skills while they are busy singing and playing.
